So the last week most of our work was about organizing and moving, except for Friday when our Beloved coordinator Andrea taught us the secret behind the Italian pizza dough. We played with the flour, we smashed the dough and leave it to rest until the evening when we find ourselves co

Today we meet Yesoo
Yesoo is the new intern. Hi, I’m Yesoo from South Korea. If I were an insect, I would be a snail. They enjoy the slow life and live peacefully with other livings. They are never greedy, but only consume what they really need. When I see them, my mind becomes also peaceful and calm, being distant from busy daily life. Before I started the study in Germany, I was an office worker in a financial company in Seoul where you have to do everything fast. I wanted to escape from the

After years working and living as a software developer, I started to take steps in the physical and social world. Now I’m passionate about movement, music and dance! I spent the last 5 years discovering myself and the world through

Because they can fly wherever and whenever they want. They live in a community and they are very organized. They make some amazing healing and tasty products. Last but not least they help the nature around, so it can grow up! For the last two years, I've been looking for what I want to do

Greetings everyone, This is Fahed, one of our latest volunteers in vitality 2021. Fahed means cheetah in Arabic language, am not saying he is the spitting image of his name, I mean he doesn’t have dots and he definitely does not run with 60Km/h, nor am saying he is slow, he doesn’t like games, games that represents nothing, games with no passion and mea

Meaningful moments 🤗
Ciao a tutti! Sophie here ready to sprinkle some vitality vibes through this post ✨ As we are heading in the last months of our volunteering experience we are all becoming aware of the time ticking above our heads. Not so positive thought right? Well yes and no.. It was only inevitable that at some point our volunteering would end. Some of us, have a little more time (Sefa I am looking at you 🌚) but for others, time is approaching faster (Yes, I am talking about the three or
