In the past week, we did a lot of traveling. Visiting Alps, nearby cities and saw the first hints of winter reflecting in the morning grass. The holidays are coming and along with that, so do the Christmas decorations. Last week we attempted to have our first mission in Asti, which from the outside looked like we were promoting Erasmus+ Jesus. During the last week, we were just a few of us - Fahed, Janis & Lola. And you can feel the winter approaching. Heaters turn on in the night, the sun rises later than usual and disappears faster than any day before this one. I don’t know what to say. The summer has ended. Projects that brought challenges & learning at vitality have passed, and volunteers are starting a new beginning. Dear readers, It seems like the summer finished for us. Today we close our last project in Bergolo, see you next year! It has been a summer full of emotions, new experiences, learnings, cleaning, cooking, running, music and celebrating. The ultramarathon is done and our bodies and minds need some days of resting.
