Vitality 2022

First Sunrise of the Year ☀️
It’s been long holidays and returning home. 🧳 Meanwhile, we were enjoying the bliss of holidays, our house in Bergolo remained empty and a cold place with no people to fill it. A few days, Janis has arrived back from his holidays, turning back the heat (literally), and rekindling the cozy winter feeling that inhabits our house throughout the end of the last year. For now, there is not much to tell. Here is a new beginning for all of us. Lola and Fahed have returned home afte

Alive Again
It's me, hi, I'm the problem, it's me At tea time, everybody agrees I'll stare directly at the sun but never in the mirror It must be exhausting always rooting for the anti-hero (Taylor Swift "Anti-Hero") It's me, hi (Mia after listening to the the song for too long) So, yeah, reality check. Hello beautiful people. Welcome to a new page of Vitality Blog! Volunteering is always challenging in terms of different aspects but last few months were especially hard for our team as

Meaningful moments 🤗
Ciao a tutti! Sophie here ready to sprinkle some vitality vibes through this post ✨ As we are heading in the last months of our volunteering experience we are all becoming aware of the time ticking above our heads. Not so positive thought right? Well yes and no.. It was only inevitable that at some point our volunteering would end. Some of us, have a little more time (Sefa I am looking at you 🌚) but for others, time is approaching faster (Yes, I am talking about the three or

DEPARTURES AND RETURNS 😌
Welcome to the new article of the new week! ☃️ Sefa is writing a new article for you, come and listen to what happened last week. The good thing for us last week was that we were all together again, yes Tim, Sofia and Mili are back. Angie went to Poland to do some things with her studies. 👩🏾💻 Besides starting our own staff projects Tim, Raul, Sofia and I gave a presentation at Cortemilia primary school about our life before volunteering, our hobbies, our jobs and what we

FIRST ARTICLE OF THE NEW YEAR WITH JET SPEED!
Hello, I am Sefa here with the first Monday article of the new year. I am here to tell you what is going on in Bergolo and the Cristmas period. 🎅🏃 Mia, Sıla, Raul, Angie and me, used our spare time at Christmas to do a mission and, at the same time, explore new areas! We decided to go this time close to the Alps, to the city of Saluzzo, place where we promote our activities and Erasmus+ programs. But we wanted to get closer to the Alps, so we decided to visit Crisollo and Pi

We are back.. Or maybe not? 😏
Ciao everyone! Last week we did not update you on our adventures. Winter came a little bit stronger and some of us got sick with covid 🤒 I reassure you though that now everyone is in good health and back to business. At least for a few days since holidays are fast approaching. In case you did not realize, it is me Sophie and my reign over "Vitality's" digital space is officially on muhahaha 😈 Well, this week started with some technical issues. Monday we had some troubles wi

Winter i̷s̷ ̷c̷o̷m̷i̷n̷g̷ came! 🥶
Ciao a tutti! Sophie here. (I always announce myself when I write, hope you do not mind!) This week we felt for real what it means to have winter in Bergolo. Aside from the coldness, we were lucky enough to have our first snow for the winter! Can you believe it ?? But more details later.. Let's take things from the start 🧐 Tuesday we did a team building activity all together. The Vitality group gathered along with the Parco Culturale volunteers and their coordinator Damiano.

Just Another Milestone On Our Way
Hello, beautiful readers of the Vitality Blog! Mia is here after almost two months. I know you didn't miss me because our blog was updated weekly and you could read stories about life in Bergolo from different perspectives whenever you wanted. Focused people working hard after Monday cleaning in our warm and cozy office It's kinda hard to get to write here nowadays as we are 7 volunteers (and we also have volunteers from Parco Culturale Alta Langa to share an office with) and

Indefatigables⚡️
Last week was an eventful one! So let's have a look at everything in detail. 👀📷 Raul and Sefa came back from France, where they were supporting the Youth Exchange with the cooking. Raul improved his skills of being chef and became a pizza expert. 🍕 As a bonus guys had an opportunity to visit marvelous French cities - Lyon and Besançon. When Raul and Sefa returned to Bergolo, we celebrated their birthdays all together. Cakes and balloons - our birthday kit. 🎂🎈 Meanwhile S
