✨Let's start the new season with energy!

On January 22nd and 23rd, our Vitality team gathered for the usual annual team-building!

During these days we participated in activities facilitated by@ls_bltbisca. We shared our motivation and goals, created the Skills and Connections Map, and deepened the systemic approach through the 'Postmen'. Even youth workers sometimes need inspiration!

The next day we met to divide the responsibilities and plan the next season of projects in Bergolo, Monesiglio and abroad.
